LoneTear PhoneHelper is a small plug-in which allow you to edit the telephone number before dial. You may also save the frequently used prefixes (such as IDD, IP prefix) into a pre-stored prefix list.

LoneTear PhoneHelper是一款实现了拨号前编辑（Edit Before Dial）的小软件。同时你可以将一些常用的前缀号码（例如IP电话、IDD等）保存进预存列表中。
