Show "Add to Blacklist" menu when right-click mouse in IE
Add two items into the IE's Right-Click Menu:

"Add to Blacklist"
"Add Page to Blacklist"


that enable the program may get the URL of current web page.

Change the language
As shown below, simply choose the appropriated language from the list, the application will change to the language you chosen immediately.

How to make your own language?
Open the folder where LoneTear Helper located, you will find some ini file under the "Languages" sub-folder. Each of them represents a language file, while "eng.ini" is English. Make a copy of it and then translate the copy into your own language. Please note that do not forget to change the "Language" and "MadeBy" properties that LoneTear Helper uses them to identify the different language packages.

Block Advertisement

* You can use wildcard characters * and ? to match more URLs
Blacklist
The web pages whose URL match blacklist will be blocked by LoneTear Helper.

Whitelist
The web pages whose URL match whitelist will never be blocked.

Temporary Whitelist/Visit the blocked page
Right click the LoneTear Helper icon which locates on the system tray, choose "Blocked" from the pop-up menu and then click the URL you wish to open. The corresponding blocked URL will be added to the so-called "Temporary Whitelist".

 

Mouse Action

What is Mouse Action?
Press the right button of your mouse and do not release, then move the mouse to left and release right button, this will be a "Left Mouse Action". Alternately, if you move your mouse up you are making a "Up Mouse Action", and so on.

There are 4 defined mouse actions (Up, Down, Left and Right) within LoneTear Helper. This function enables you to map a specified operation such as navigating backward or closing current window to a mouse action, say, "Up Mouse Action". Consequently you can close the current active window (or going backward, depends on how you set up) by simply moving up your mouse.

How to temporary disable the Mouse Action?
Advice for game players
This function not only works at IE, but also takes effect on any other windows. However, most computer games require clicking right button frequently, and consequently activate the unexpected Mouse Action (especially close window). As a result, please disable Mouse Action by clicking "Disable Mouse Action" from the Tray Menu while you are playing computer game.

IE Add-ins Immunity

You might had bad experience on browsing some web pages that always pop up a dialog to ask whether you would like to install some plug-in or add-on. This kind of dialog windows were extremely slow down the speed of opening that web page. LoneTear Helper may shut this up.

There are more than 100 of known add-ins with this function. Tick those you want to disable the dialog and click "Immunise".

Advice for advance users
There is no need to disable all add-ins since some of them you might never seen. We suggest that only immunise those are possible encountered by you.

IE General Settings

This function is to restore some general settings of IE, such as Home Page, Title, Default Search Engine, etc.

IE Right-Click Menu

This function allow you to delete the unwanted item in your IE's right click menu.

IE Toolbar

This function allow you to delete the unwanted IE toolbar.

Browser Helper Object

BHO, is another IE add-ons. Quite a lot of helper software including LoneTear Helper are using BHO to implement some helper services, while not all services are necessary for you. This function allow you to unload the BHO add-ons.

URL Shortcut

What is URL Shortcut?
You may shorten the URL of your favor web sites by setting a group of URL Shortcut. "LT" for example, you can just enter "LT" on the address bar to visit the web site of LoneTear.com.

Autorun

Manage the auto run programs.

Defer Autorun

The more auto runs, the slower start-up. Instead of loading the auto-run programs during the start-up, this function defers loading those programs that are less priority after Windows started. Your system is therefore start up more smoothly.

Outlook Note

This is a perfect tool for those who working at office. Many of them might had such experience that pasting a lot of notes (such as telephone numbers, memo, etc.) on the wall of your seat. Your seat will look horrible after few months. And more serious, you will be painful if you lost some of those pieces.

Office Outlook provides the Note component to satisfy this requirement. The problem is that every time you want to access your notes, you have to firstly open the Outlook, then open the Note Folder, and finally if you have too many notes you maybe have to do a little search. This is really inconvenient!

LoneTear Helper enables you to put the frequently used Outlook notes into the Tray Menu. You can read them as simple as one click on the menu!

Example: The "Telephone Numbers" window shows after clicking on the Tray Menu.

How to put notes into Tray Menu?
In the main window of LoneTear Helper, all Outlook notes will be listed already if you enabled this function. Tick those you want to put into Tray Menu and then click "Update Menu" button.
